Do you have a story of mental health to share?

Sharing stories, starting conversations, and listening to others' perspectives around mental health are some of the most effective ways to reduce the stigma that prevails around this issue.

Because the more we share, the more we’ll realise how normal and treatable these struggles are.

Anonymity

What if I do not want to share my personal details?

We encourage the open discussion of mental health, but are also completely understanding of those who prefer to remain anonymous when talking about such personal matters.

If you choose to keep your information anonymous, we will ABSOLUTELY NOT include any identifying information if we share your story. Your email will never be shared with any third parties even if you don’t wish to remain anonymous, and all information will be stored securely. Go back

What happens if I choose NOT to remain anonymous?

If you decide not to remain anonymous, when we post up stories online and offline (through collages) we will simply put your name alongside the story. Your email will not be shared. Go back

Why do you need my email address?

You will be emailed a unique url, which allows you to edit or delete your shared story at any time. Go back

Sharing Stories

What will you do with these stories?

Sharing stories and starting conversations around mental health is perhaps the best way to reduce the stigma and shame that prevails around the topic.

Limbr will use these stories to encourage others to open up and discuss issues around mental health. We will present a selection of stories on a digital mural accessible on the Limbr website, as well as through printed murals which will be on display in coworking spaces around Melbourne. Go back

What if I want to edit or delete my story?

If you decide that you would like to update your story, your sharing preferences, or simply delete your story - we will send you a unique url to the email address you provided that gives you access to make all of those changes.
